These roses are like deep red saturated Christmas ribbons adorning dark green healthy foliage. It is rare to find fragrant, velvety reds, which are not subject to mildew. This one is healthy. Jack Harkness gives this variety three stars. These roses are seductive and indulgent as gifts: The true essence of many a love potion. The Climbing variety is about 15 feet in my garden. They are very fragrant.
