Fleurantine Médard

Hybrid Portland
Hybridized by Jean-Pierre Vibert 2001

This lightly scented rose has pink, single to semi-double, cupped flowers with 15 to 17 petals measuring about three inches. The center of the flowers is white. This shrub has many twiggy branches. Leaves are green; there is a tendency for leaflets to be pointed. A beautiful decorative effect in the garden.

Fleurantine Alexandrine Médard was Jean-Pierre Vibert's maternal great grandmother (1871-1948), wife of Sylvain Michaud.
