Modern Hybrid
Hybridized by Jean-Pierre Vibert 1995

This small climber with few prickles reaches eight to ten feet. The semi-double to double blooms, measuring three inches in diameter, come in clusters of three to five. Petals are white and soft pink. The rose's fragrance is memorable and strong. This rose does not like full sun and is not remontant.

Named for Giovanni Pierluigi da Palestrina (c.1525-1594), perhaps the most accomplished composer of liturgical music of all time. See this link for more details.
