Hybrid Gallica
hybridized by Jean-Pierre Vibert 2000
This rose is a vigorous and floriferous shrub with the handsome foliage of a Gallica. The large, single to semi-double flowers can have more than 15 petals, each measuring up to four inches across. The sheer petals, with a lighter reverse, are a luminescent, strawberry pink. This rose puts on a very beautiful, decorative show. Not remontant.
Named after a Cathare lady from the 13th century.
